Books, research papers, documents and videos with subtitles.
SimpleTranslate is a document translation service: Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint and scans. A language model translates the file, every line is checked by a back-translation and a comparison of the numbers, and you get the document back in its original layout. The price starts at $0.5 per 250-word page.

Tap the one you need to begin.
Pick a file and a language, press “Translate”. While it translates, nothing more is needed from you.
The first 5 pages need no sign-up. Your email and a code are only needed to download the file.
Tables, pictures and fonts stay where they were.
We check every number and unit against the original.
One word is translated the same way on every page.
I translated an equipment manual: even the labels on the diagrams were translated, right on the images.
I translated a 300-page textbook in one day. The tables stayed in place.
Lecture subtitles in three languages. Students finally understand everything.
From $0.5 per page. A page is 250 words of the source, one standard for every language. The estimate is calculated from the file before the upload and then fixed: how many pages, at what price, and the total. There is no subscription — you pay for the volume.

Word (.docx), PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, text files, images and scans. Every format is first converted to .docx, translated, and then returned: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files in their own format, a PDF with a text layer as a PDF, scans and images with their captions redrawn. Whatever is lost on the way back is stated on the file before you pay.
Yes. The translation is written into the original file rather than assembled from scratch: styles, tables, figures, headers and the table of contents stay in place, and Word recomputes the page numbers. Captions inside images are read separately and painted over the image when the background is uniform; otherwise the translation becomes a caption beneath it.
Three checks on every line. The back-translation: the text is translated back by a different model and compared with the source. Numbers, units, ranges and negations are compared without a model, and a discrepancy of that kind outweighs any opinion. Terms are checked against the glossary, and on the Pro plan a second model reads the whole pair. Whatever fails ends up in a list of questions instead of hiding inside a finished file.
No. The service shows you what reads back out of the translation, in your own language, and highlights the differences from the source on both sides. You are not asked to judge the translation itself: you only answer questions that are written in a language you know. A disputed line can be handed to a teammate who does know the language.
A page is 250 words of the source, one standard for every language; for scripts without spaces (Chinese, Japanese) characters are counted instead. The estimate is calculated from the file before the upload and then fixed: how many pages, at what price, and the total. Uploading the same file again for the same language pair is not charged. The price is from $0.5 per page on Start and $0.9 on Pro.
The document text goes to the language model providers (OpenAI and Anthropic, USA) for translation and checks; the privacy policy says so plainly. Files are stored in your organization and are closed to the service's other clients. You can delete a project together with its files and exports at any time.
Into any pair from the service language catalogue: Russian, Uzbek, English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese and others. The interface is available in Russian, Uzbek and English. If some of the checks stay silent for a given pair, the service says so in advance instead of showing an invented score.
Translation and the checks run on the server without you: a 10-page article is ready in minutes, a 300-page textbook in hours rather than weeks. You can close the tab: the run continues on the server, and the result waits in the project together with a list of questions, if any came up.
